Notes & Combos
Welcome to the furniture version of Labrynth. This build tries to take advantage of the turn 0 capabilities and high consistency of using furniture. Outside of the kaijus and heavenly prison, this deck is pretty much pure lab. This is quite cheap as well (only 2 box loops) and has a lot of tools for many different matchups. Now, onto the deck:
(1) Two Lovely Labs are great for consistency and as a backup in case one gets banished. (2) Changing a couple card ratios is fine, but I do recommend keeping min. 6 furniture total. (3) Lab Archfiend is a pseudo Lady Lab that can summon itself with creative plays and goes well into farewelcome. (4) I think dogmatika punishment has too many drawbacks if you're not gonna use a full playset. This build really thrives in using the extra deck. Although, I never ever used Granite. If you consider that, there's two unfilled slots. Knightmare cards could fill them if you have some. (5) A kaiju for each level of threat. 2/3 Lava golems also work nicely. (6) Soul Scissors are pretty nice to have and serve as extra protection when needed. Plus, they pair well with the 3 Glitches. Other cards like farfa work nicely too. (7) Use compulsory evacuation device if you have it. One of the strongest cards to play with Lab.
Tips/Plays:
- Given the build, playing your furniture efficiently and at the right times is crucial to get off the ground. Most, if not all, decks have certain spaces wherein you can safely play your furniture during turn 0. You will almost always set Big Welcome. The 2nd cooclock here is meant to help with completing the combo. ALWAYS send your clock first to the gy before other furniture.
- Labrynth Labyrinth is a core card and can enable very creative plays. Paired with Glitch, you can pop a card to foolish, and then special summon from the grave. Use it to send Arianna, Lovely, or even Archfiend. Keep in mind that the special summoning effect extends to stuff like Goddess as well. It's other effect of popping a card after a "welcome" trap, triggers instantly after the normal effect and is unreactable. Great for unsuspecting opponents and simply extra options.
- Ghastly Glitch helps you set up your graveyard if you don't have all furniture at your disposal yet. It is a strong card that helps tremendously with the grindgame. Bear in mind Lovely's effect of making monsters unable to chain to your traps to pop monsters with negates (ie: quasar).
- The extra deck is key to keep advantage and clear the board.
